For me it has been a life saver for remembering calls and conversations seeing as I have to deal with seizures that frequently just love to rearrange my memories on me. 5 ★Functional, practical and usable. Doesn't need any permissions that make no sense. Predictable. Highly configurable. Doesn't insult my intelligence or do things that piss me off. I highly recommend.
3 ★Proximity sensor stops sound from playing when using playback, but the track keeps playing. Ideally I would like the option to disable proximity sensor for this app as it causes me many issues. Other than that it is totally 5 stars.
5 ★Best voice recorder I ever used. Clean, simple and feature rich.
4 ★Easy recorder. But runs all the time. can't seem to be able to exit or close the app when I'm done with it. It seems to always be in the notification bar all the time. Even after I reboot the phone. Not sure why. Otherwise seems solid.
4 ★Great Audio Recording software. The downside is that the audio is sometimes stretched. Unknown to me why but it's an issue when trying to sync the audio with video captured separately.
5 ★current update does not display recordings that prior versions created and remain in it's default android internal folder. A RAW folder is there now but empty. Please give us a beta version so we can opt in to nost recent and untested version or not depending on lots of factors known only to individual users. Gmail can open it and attach recordings made during composition an audio versatile Marco Polo scale glue disrupter. Sony's abdicated role contender still.
5 ★No nonsense sound recorder. Let's me choose any location on my SD card to store the recordings, the naming templates are good, and it can turn on the phone's Silent Mode during recording. Get this one, it's free and I haven't even seen any ads
5 ★I wish that there's a bookmark and categorizing function. Bookmark parts I think are essential and ability to make footnotes in them. And categorize the recorded audio so that it could be more manageable. Hoping for more improvements. Thank you.
3 ★Just installed it on my Pixel 3 and get an error as soon as I press record. "unable to initialize AudioRecord: Bad audio values". Restarted my device. now working ok. Will update rating when I have used it a few more times to determine audio quality. what ai like is its ooen source and very straightforward.
3 ★Great audio recorder. I love the dark theme and how this app is FOSS. HOWEVER. The persistent notification is useless and annoying. Please have a way to disable this. Once that is added I will gladly change my rating.
