70mai App is a mobile phone software used with 70mai Smart Dash Cam.
After connected to 70mai Smart Dash Cam by Wi-Fi, you can get realtime image preview from your dash cam. You can also watch historical footage and even download important pictures/video to your cell phone. This process is super simple and does not use your SIM card.
In addition, you can check firmware update and download update package by 70mai App. Then, you can push the update package to the dash cam and start updating the device.

How to install 70mai APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★Limitations, and a lot. First of all, it doesn't store a lot of videos. No idea what determines how many videos it can store. It erases old videos even if you throw in a big MicroSD card in it. And, there is no setting for miles vs km and no way to disable GPS coordinates. No way to record scenic routes as it overwrites same day videos if you are driving long distances. There is potential but the developers are no genius! They could not think outside the box.
1 ★It signs you out often, can't download any pics or video, often won't work unless you're connected to the internet. It is not worth the aggervation. Don't get this dash cam. It doesn't work with out the app and only works occasionally with the app. Can not be relyed on.
5 ★Works as advertised, spent some time reading the manual and verified those functions in interest, with the price tag and function provided, I am satisfied with it, will wait until this Winter ends to see how it goes, so far so good.
1 ★The app froze everytime when connecting to my phone. I have a note 9 android pie. Update: to solve this issue, you need to turn off data from your phone before connecting to the cam. I'm updating from 1 star to 2 stars because I never got support from 70mai which is really disappointing. I had to figure out this myself. Edit: 1 Star due to no costumer servive.
5 ★I have read feedbacks on the app and i don't really do feedbacks, but i must say. I Had connected with ease, NO CRASH, had acccess all the videos through the app, was able to configure and view the camera on real time. I had installed 2 one in front and rear, and both had no issue, i was skeptical at first to use the app since all i saw is negative feedbacks, maybe the dashcam they acquired are counterfit? Cause no issues on my end with two products on hand.
4 ★Works with Note 5. English prompt to the camera "take picture" works most of the time, "take video" just doesn't seem to work at all. If something happens, I just note the time and then find the video
1 ★The app does not stay connected. So if you shut your car off and run into a store and come back, you have to start the app, wait for it to connect to wifi all over again... This is not going to work for most people. Honestly they should have used a bluetooth connection instead.
2 ★Needs a lot of fixing. So far I do not like the fact that Wi-Fi connection does not stay connected to the phone app. I feel like once we connect our device to this app. we should be able to latch on to it and not have to reconnect it. only had this device for a day and that's the one thing that seems to get on my nerves. I every time I open the app I shouldn't have to reconnect my device to the app...
1 ★Won't connect to the dashcam anymore
2 ★The apps is not user friendly. I spent few full hours to make it work. I started configuration on Xiaomi pad. It came to network error message and did not give any other options to connect to dashcam. I loaded that app to my old Nexus 5 and it worked with no issue. Than I came back to Xiaomi pad and was able to coonct the device.
1 ★Broken since 3/12 update. Worked fine before the update. I am quite amazed by the fact that despite the overwhelming amount of negative reviews, manufacturer has done absolutely nothing to re-write the software. Lesson learned.
5 ★I love the apps, its user friendly and easy to use. You can view videos from the camera's micro SD card and save to you Phone instantly without interruption. It really deserved max rating of 5 stars, truly.
