The unlock feature, video, and App fuctions, are the best and cannot complain compared to those other video doorbells(Ring, Doorbird, and etc - garbage). Again, great job Comelit!!!
4 ★The app has improved greatly over time works well on my huawei mate 20 pro sadly doesn't work on my huawei mate 30 Pro suspect it needs Google play to work?
1 ★Have had this system for @2yrs and it's been operative @6mths and has NEVER recorded anything with out manually forcing. No cloud access at all. Instructions vague and videos are poorly illustrated.

1 ★This unit will only work for about 29 min after that it locks up. I am a integrator and have a very knowledgeable IT person on staff we've done numerous testing plus ping traces we have called the manufacturer's tech support line numerous times only once I was able to get somebody on the phone with no help from him numerous phone calls many messages and still no response from anybody I would stay away from this company 100%
2 ★The app works 65% of the time. Many times, the doorbell notifications or motion detection notifications would alert me 30 seconds or up to 5 minutes delayed (or not at all). With that much delayed time, the person would've left already. I emailed Comelit at the addresses on their website and also at the app developer's address, but haven't received any response. Disappointed at the lack of service and the software, especially because Comelit Visto is a very expensive video doorbell. I expected more. One positive is that it does look nice, and the material is of good quality.
