Description
Free and compatible with all the most modern devices, Comelit APP allows you to remotely manage your video door entry and burglar alarm systems with VEDO10, VEDO34, VEDO68 control panels and CCTV systems (NVR and DVR of 100 series).You'll be able to customize the app's home page by choosing from the available widgets so that you can quickly access the information and commands that interest you the most.
Main functions for video door entry systems:
- Receive calls from the entrance panels wherever you are
- Review the recordings of the cameras connected to your system (including that of the panel)
- Review the video messages recorded by visitors in case of missed calls
- Call the internal devices connected to your system (intercoms and video intercoms)
- Open gates, doors and turn on lights
The APP works thanks to PUSH notifications, this means that it will be activated only on call or event with significant energy and data savings.
Main functions for VEDO10, VEDO34 and VEDO68 burglar alarm systems, also accessible remotely:
- System management: arming, disarming, arming programs
- Display of the status of zones and areas, zone bypass
- Sending of commands such as the sirens stop or reset of the alarm memory.
- Activation of medical, fire and other alarms.
- Live view of IP and analogue cameras connected to the VEDO system

1 ★Really bad since the latest update. I cant access the unlock door option on my phone as the app no longer pops up on my screen. I have to 7block my phone, find the app, open it and by then it is too late to speak to the person at the door or let them in. It has become absolutely pointless.
1 ★Since the Nov 17 update, I no longer get notifications of any sort despite having notifications enabled in the app and ensuring that the notification settings of the phone are set to allow Comelit. Primary reason we bought this (very expensive) system was to be able to answer the door and receive packages remotely. As such, can't be more disappointed.
1 ★Have the complete system (domotic, camera's, videophone, alarm, firealarm, ... ) The technical guys in belgium are super helpfull and resolves every time most of the problems but after 3 years i can only say that I'm afraid of every update ore new app. Since last update the app stopt working. Since i have 5 tabs it is really not funny.
1 ★Almost never functions Edit: this system is a serious safety hazard. It's entirely nonfunctional now. I can't get into my apartment complex using this at all, I have to WAIT until someone happens to leave and let me in, which any unauthorized stranger could also do. I called the police because my neighbors were having a loud fight that sounded physical and the police were not able to get into the building. I hope nobody ever has an emergency here because emergency personnel cannot enter.
1 ★This application does not seem so good to me. This application is not so convenient.
1 ★If I kill off the app, when a call comes in, notification will only appear as an icon on the top left corner that says "comelit service is running". No further notifications even after I set the notification setting for this app. Thus I have to chk the app everynow and then to make sure it's running.
2 ★Great hardware but laggy app.. PLEASE make it work with proper implementation of screen rotation: can't be used with phone/tablet turned upside down as the App can't turn 180 degrees! But we have devices where the app is running in our house installed often upside down due to charging.
1 ★Now even worse than before. They do not even care if application works on Android. Cannot receive a call any longer to view and open door. Just some stupid message that it does not work on Android 10..... And how do we contact technical support????

1 ★Horrible, terrible piece of software. It takes way too long from doorbell to being able to action, and then the action (eg., Open door) works about 30% of the time, intermittently with "no device registered" errors.
1 ★Absolute rubbish. This app has caused me issues since its installation. It's not fit for purpose and the link between phone and camera keeps breaking down. Do yourself a favour and get another doorstep camera app. This one is useless and a headache
1 ★Hot mess. Barely works, when it doesn't, you're completely on your own to fix it. This whole system bloooooows. Also, pls don't comment on this if you're just going to say "sorry, pls reach out to tech support" bc that's the classic "we don't want this discussion in a public forum" play these days. Not helpful. Update: yes I know I can reach out to customer service, thanks. Your product is still highly unintuitive, difficult to use, and the app is poorly designed and you have no troubleshooting
