iPOLiS mobile is a free application designed specifically for Hanwha Vision's security network products. iPOLiS mobile app lets you view the live video and control pan/tilt/zoom functions, search & playback anywhere with your smartphone if you are using Hanwha Vision's security system.

1 ★Will no longer connect to network. Worked fine for a long time. I didn't change any settings. Every time I try to use it now, it says cannot connect to network.

2 ★Your app on my Android isn't logging into my system.... again. I love Samsung products normally, but I probably will not buy another Samsung security system because of the never ending issues with logging in on my phone.

1 ★This app is a frustrating piece of hot garbage. "Sometimes" I can actually view my cameras on my phone but most of the time it fails to load. Samsung should fire Hanwha Techwin.

1 ★Just found out that the app is now "wisenet ddns". Now, for whatever reason, I can't view my cameras. I'll re-rate this app later, if I can get it working

1 ★Since update lost login info and can't restore or reset password. So can't connect. Can't uninstall and re-setup. Cant do anything. Have lost all functionality. Manufacturer not answering email. So totally screwed from update!

1 ★Doesn't work when NVR is behind NAT, at least with SRN-473s model. Live view is basically absent, only updates a frame per 30 seconds or so. SmartViewer for Windows works with the same NVR alright though.

2 ★This app is very unstable. Always have connection or login issues. This most recent update screwed it up even more where I can't even login anymore. Very upset!

1 ★Great app when it runs. Needs to be updated to be compatible with the new Android 9 Pie Version. Out of luck for now. Please fix asap

2 ★Always has issues with connecting from phone. At home computer works ok. Always have to uninstall and Reinstall then add all info again to get to work... For 1 day.
