Vind jouw nieuwe droomhuis
Dé app om jouw toekomstige koop-, huur- of nieuwbouwhuis te zoeken. Bekijk onderweg of thuis vanaf de bank het hele woningaanbod op funda. Kijk even rond bij huizen in de buurt – of die van je buren ;) –, doe leuke ideeën op voor je eigen woning of word op slag verliefd op je toekomstige stekje.

Een snelle eerste indruk
Of je nou zoekt in de lijst met woningen of op de kaart, je krijgt direct een eerste indruk van het huis. Dankzij de grote foto’s zie je meteen of het iets voor je is. Op de kaart kun je een woning even snel ‘previewen’ door op de marker te tikken. Lijkt het je wat? Dan kun je daarna natuurlijk ook gewoon álle foto’s, 360° foto’s, video’s en plattegronden van het huis bekijken.
Een extra handigheidje: je kunt nu ook zien welke huizen je al hebt bekeken op de kaart. Dat maakt het een stuk makkelijker om te zien welke woningen er nieuw bij zijn gekomen!

Je zoekopdracht instellen
Je kunt al je persoonlijke voorkeuren instellen in je zoekopdracht, zodat je in de lijst of op de kaart alleen huizen ziet die écht bij jouw woonwensen passen.

We zijn continu bezig om de app nog beter te maken, door het toevoegen van nieuwe functies door het verbeteren van bestaande. En daar werken we elke dag met veel plezier aan! Als je vragen, feedback of suggesties hebt om de app nog fijner te maken, horen we dat heel graag.

5 ★Language option was missing, fixed with the latest update. Thank you.

1 ★Logged in issues. Can't believe an app is opening a browser and gets the user logged in and then comes back to app as a logged in user. This can be easily done via an API. Stable and cleaner that way. Much better experience. Also the new UI crashes eveytime. Could be down to the android phone I'm using too.

2 ★Bad UI redesign, have to re-login, seen houses have been reset.

1 ★Login pop-up creates an infinite loop. App crashing, website crashing. The app works so bad that it's unusable sometimes. You click on property on a map and nothing happens. Sometimes I need to click 3 times to get it open.

2 ★It's a not the best app. Many times the houses do quick view do not show. My favourites list is empty and the location is not working. Always refreshing or loading the map. Other times it works fine. Overall need some fixing

1 ★The app crashes often. Their website is super slow and their app outdated. No English available. We should build a strong competitor, it would be so easy to overcome this terrible experience.

3 ★Web version is better than app. App is in Dutch and doesn't allow you to copy the texts (in case you need a translation). Additionally, app doesn't have a map view for your favorites.

2 ★2 essentials missing - All Media view and car/ov/fiets time estimates to facilities. These 2 options are available in the web page version, but for whatever reason are missing in the app rendering it useless.

2 ★it's surprising how much the nr 1 housing app is lacking some basic functionality like more flexible filters, notifications, etc. it's slower than it should be and its been like this forever.

2 ★Less functionality than the website: no grid view on the photos makes you scroll through everything instead of a bird's eye view. Do you want to see the garden photos at the end? Tough luck. Just use the website in mobile view.

1 ★The new version work slowly when it comes to search by map and when getting a new push notification about new house and press on it, nothing happens. Wish the map will restored back to the old version.

4 ★On Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, I get a notification about a new house, but when I click, it only opens the usual screen of the funda application, I cannot get to the house. Also, Mijn Huis, does not open from the app, so I cannot see the value of my house. I have the newest version installed.
