1 ★I had to give 1 star to be able to write a review. Unlike the majority of the other reviews that give more stars and are written by their staff or those who have invested in the platform. I know this because I have had extensive dealings with i4T (the platform and the Owners/directors) and can review from experience that the platform does not live up to (by a long shot) the missleading claims they make. I would advise to be very careful when using or dealing with i4T in any way

5 ★The app covers more or less everything that one could possibly need when hiring a Tradie. Being able to check the credentials remains the coolest part though as trust is the number one priority for me.
5 ★I had a leaking kitchen sink repair. Heard about how awesome this app was and downloaded. Im in Geelong by the way. Found a great plumber instantly and was able to access the company's licenses and insurance certificate before I finally hired the guys.
5 ★The app is great. Tradies currently available in VIC, NSW and Queensland. I was not at home when the tradie arrived but was still able to track progress of the job through completion using the app.
5 ★Different from the other apps that lets you compare tradies using multiple quotes. This lets you choose on the basis on information that actually matters, like licenses, insurance and past jobs.
1 ★Doesn't have the tradie I'm looking for. Total waste of time
1 ★I had an i4T account created for me by a plumber without my permission and without any warning. I only found out when I received a notification SMS and email. I'm really unhappy that my details were shared with a third party like i4T when all I wanted was to get a bathroom sink unblocked. i4T now has my name, phone number and address, all in an account that I never agreed to and never saw any T&Cs for. The registration email said that a web version of i4T could be used, but logging into the website only redirected me to a page that prompted me to install a mobile app. There was no other options available. I reluctantly installed the app (which I think asks for too many permissions) because I didn't need the plumber any more and I wanted to cancel the booking. But that functionality doesn't exist in the app, so it was useless. The voice guide was also really jarring and annoying. Worst of all, there's no option in the app or on the website to delete the account created for me. I can understand that tradies might want to use the app for booking and billing purposes, but customers like me shouldn't need an account or app just to get a bathroom drain unblocked.
5 ★I found this app quiet helpful. Features are quite strightforward and simple to use. Has a list of verified and licensed tradies from all over australia. Always got instant response for my job requests
