How to install HALO Home (OLD VERSION) APK on Android phone or tablet?

2 ★It would be nice to allow this app to do it's job without making us sign into our account everytime. Why is that necessary? I have the Bluetooth based recessed lights which don't need online connectivity for control and could not remote control them all day because your server was preventing anyone from signing in. Remove the mandatory sign in for local controls.
1 ★When/if the app works, the lights are awesome with all I can do with them, but I haven't been able to get the app to work for almost 2 weeks now and my lights are stuck on 27% at around 3,000k. Pretty much sucks. I spent good money for these lights . The product is good quality. The app is horrible. Thinking about getting regular LED bulbs or switching to a different brand because of how bad this app is.
1 ★Invested in the system for my entire home. Programmed all my devices, groups and scenes. Then today, out of the blue, half my scenes are gone. I can't see Any of my devices, yet somehow my previously set scenes are still controlling devices that I can't see nor control individually. Damn shame.
1 ★Can't get into account to control lights. Replaced 35+ lights. I can see some of my lights in the background of the app, but can't access network that controls them. Great when works, but never heard of not connecting. Frustrating!!!
3 ★Made a schedule for different areas when I went on vacation, then returned home and erased all the schedules but the system is still making the schedule turn on and turn off; cant seem to find a way to stop this; please update the app and fix all of this, or help will be appreciated.
1 ★This is the worst app I've ever used. It feels really sketchy (why does it need access to my files and media? Why is its policy so scarily worded?), has a ton of basic bugs (sign up not working? Open and close the app a few times), and the lights are able to pair, but grouping is not working at all.
1 ★The privacy policy on the app is so disturbing I had my contractor remove the compatible lights and swap in different ones. It essentially says they will collect all data from the lights, including any videos on any devices (do they even have any devices with video?).
1 ★Garbage app that doesn't work. Requires constant access to your phone's location in order to function. Also invade other files that it shouldn't be accessing without any reason. Almost ready to classify this as some kind of weird spyware. Do not recommend using

2 ★After last update, none of my lights previously setup are showing or controllable within the app. Been trying to re-add the devices but it just keeps spinning and can't find them. Showed promise when I first setup things but now I'm horribly disappointed.
3 ★would be nice to be able to start out home screen with groups instead of devices. Need to be able to rearrange the devices in the device screen. Theres no organizing for this app. It could be a 5 star app with a few tweaks !!
1 ★I have 8 lights, the app has yet to pick them up on BT, even after putting phone on Airplane mode, they don't connect but I can see them on my regular phone BT settings. There is no Phone number to contact these people, I emailed them and never heard back.
