3 ★I have found that it is not as precise and up to date but that could be sattelite or what system is used to relay position but I still find it a great app and is used every day.
2 ★Life is not back to normal, it appears that the issue has been only partially resolved, so back to 2 stars... Currently I have a "Network Error" showing when I try to look at any ships tracking, prior to this I had no vessels showing and prior to that another "Network Error". Trying to resolve with the app owner/developers via email has fallen on deaf ears. I won't be renewing in September if its not resolved.

3 ★EDIT Sept.5/19 Reinstalled App, it is indeed working again, thank you! I enjoyed it while it worked, I could see what ships were going to be going through the locks near me, and head down if there was something interesting, ie, USS Little Rock before it got stuck in the ice here in Montreal, shortly after it was commissioned. Deleting until it either comes back, or I find something similar.

3 ★Was dead last summer. Broken with no response from developers for weeks, even from paying customers. (See other reviews.) Worked absolutely great for a year or so. Seems to be back online for me at the moment, but other reviews leave me skeptical. Holding with 3 stars until I'm sure.
4 ★Not exactly sure what is going on with the app but, has been showing Network Error for some time. Last night I was messing around with the app and I'm not sure if this solved it or not,but, I registered an account and set up user name and password and it is back and working for now.

1 ★This App was great, absolutely fabulous, but as of 7/29/19 the App crashed and has stopped working. The company who "just sells" this App can't or won't do anything about it and the developers arent responding. This App allowed me to follow my husband on a fishing boat working in Alaska. Seeing "Network Error" instead of my husband's boat has been devastating.

1 ★I was happy casual user of free version of this app, when occasionally near coast or river could identify visible ships. Since about a month it instead reports 'nerwork error' and plots no ships on map. it's telling that if I search Play Store for app title it isn't listed. I think developers currently unable to interface to the shipping database. Downloaded a free alternative app (Vessel Finder) to use, shame as findship was clear and simple.
