5 ★I've been using Folded for several months now and the App works great and it couldn't be more convenient or easy to use. I haven't done my own laundry or schlepped a bag of clothes down the street since and haven't looked back! Quality has been top-notch since Day 1 and customer service has always been on-point, to say the least. Pricing is very fair- "cheap" in my eyes for New York City.

Folded is great for me! I get a pick up most Sundays as I'm winding down and get it back the next morning early before heading into work. 1 ★Their customer service is terrible. It's satisfactory when nothing goes wrong, but it's a disaster when it does. When a service is all about convenience isn't convenient, move on. Bottom line, there are better alternatives.

1 ★Although I was able to to get an account on their website, the login page on the app is missing a button. I can enter my email address and password and press return but nothing happens. There is a button for logging in with Facebook and a button for forgot password, but neither of those options apply to me so I can't get in.
