1 ★Taxi drivers come to wrong places and don't answer the calls. Moreover, It is more expensive then analogs.
2 ★First time I tried to order a taxi and Citimobil showed me price more than the most expensive service Yandex. Hence, I made a conclusion that Citimobil is absoluteky rubbish, i.e. not competitive.
2 ★Not many drivers, so there is a very long waiting time or even search time. Plus I don't like the fact that you take the money from a card before the ride, even before you found a driver.
1 ★Nearly missed a train because apparently ordering a car 6 hours in advance to an appointed time is USELESS. Good to know they care that little. No point using the service
3 ★Not bad but no signal when taxi confirm the order - 1,2 - Android application map is not any more decreasing to show the nearest car (feature disappeared...)
1 ★Horrible, the delivery service is way too expensive and then they make you wait 20 minutes for drivers to accept the order, and cancel at the last minute. Poor service indeed.
1 ★Problem with everytime their paying system, the first thing they are doing is deducting money from the card even before start searching a driver, now I'm waiting for 3 days already to get refund for their system falls, don't know how long more have to wait for their mistakes (
