3 ★Нет информации об оплате. Советую платить наличными. Нет чеков на почту. Если едете больше часа, надо доплачивать, но приложение не считает доплату и придётся доплатить наличными водителю. Неразбериха.

Поначалу все было неплохо - водители русские, цены в норме, удобное приложение, заказ такси заранее без проблем и "на сейчас" машины тоже были... Но, увы. Queen Victoria is no more, похоже. Приложение стало мертвым - машин как будто более в природе нет. Радар на экране ищет и ищет, но... ничего не находит. Это в центре и ближайших к нему районах. Похоже, Яндекс съел последнее такси - пытавшееся быть приличным (((
2 ★Ужасный сервис. Каждый раз какая-то ерунда, то машину заменят, то опоздают. Очень часто в машинах не работают банковские терминалы.

1 ★Для начала - сам сервис более чем нормальный, а вот приложение это ппц. 1) Постоянно выскакивает предложение оценить, нажатие кнопки Никогда ему по барабану. Когда я его открываю я хочу ехать и как можно быстрее, а не строчить отзывы. 2) Интерфейс заказа неудобный, надо сделать 10 нажатий чтобы увидеть где едет водитель. 3) Интересно узнать какой сверхразум придумал ровно тогда когда жмёшь на кнопку Заказать чтобы всплывало предложение заказать через 40-50 мин дешевле на 100 рублей поверх кнопки
1 ★Заказал машину за 12 часов до поездки. Они умудрились назначить машину с опозданием на 5 минут, и с комментарием, что машина будет через 20 минут!!
1 ★Что за проблемы с приложением? 3 раза пыталась заказать такси, и все три заказ отменялся или переносился. После последнего было заказано другое такси, и, когда я уже почти дома, мой заказ, отмененный,решили принять и потом обвинить! Я пользовалась вашим такси достаточно долго и такое отношение поражает. Вряд ли стану его советовать.
