1 ★Everytime I get my QR code up and try to scan it, the scanner shows a "cannot read error" constantly even though my ticket is valid. Some drivers are understanding and it takes me a couple of times for QR code to be accepted. Others however are rude and impatient, one of them going as far to not let me on the bus unless I paid for another fare because "it's not a valid ticket" even though I stated the app always does this!

3 ★Not the app but the services quality is more to be discussed! The delaying buses matter or missing buses is more serious when I'm paying every time for a week in advance. An interactive real timed way for communicating any issues from the both parts would be awesome.

5 ★Used to be a great app but now i can't buy a bus ticket because there are so many people trying to buy there bus ticket between 7am untill after 9.30am. My bus comes at 9.30am. Not impressed. You need more servers to handle

1 ★It is now two Monday's in a row the app is not responding in the morning. Restarted it, updated it, restarted my phone and still nothing. I had a good connection both times. Not happy at all

2 ★This could be a really useful app if it wasn't so buggy. And it crashes a LOT, usually just before you're about to scan the ticket on the bus. I'm a software tester, and I wouldn't have passed this app for release to the public.

5 ★Most of these reviews have been written in frustration. The app has only crashed a few times on me at crucial moments. I've always been able to buy my tickets and get on the buses I require without any hassle. I've used it since it's launch and its been a benefit to me, saved me time and money. I'm happy.

5 ★Baffled by the negative reviews. Works very well. Yes it turns your brightness up but you have the app open for seconds just to scan it then you close the app, so don't really get the issue!? Great that it has Google pay integration.

2 ★4th time in a week I have been unable to connect to server when all other apps are working fine. Then being unable to buy my child a ticket and transfer this morning. Honestly finding it more stressful than helpful at the moment.

2 ★Horribly glitchy and crashes at least 3 times before it opens successfully. I'm giving it 2 stars because it hasn't crashed irreparably when I've gone to use it on the bus ... Yet ...

1 ★16/1/17 Pros: When it works, it is quicker than the smart card. Cons: Commonly fails on launch. The"Buy" button regularly disappears. Tickets vanish until you reset the app. Payments fail with a generic "error". Poor user experience if you live in one zone and work in a another that is close (e.g. Bath and Bristol)... Edit: 14/9/2018 18months on and the app has just got worse... Regularly unable to buy tickets due to server issues. Still insanely slow and commonly crashes... Yet First charge you more for not using the app.. Great...

4 ★Suprisingly I have not had any problems with this app. I'm certainly no fan of first group (or worst group as I usually call them) but the app works fine for me so far. Msybe I just got lucky!

1 ★It is awful. Honest to Christ they scammed my rocket league trading items from my PSN account. ABSOLUTE JOKE. Theyre probably going to spawn the ender dragon in my house next. Fuming.
