5 ★Very polite and got us to St Julian's during peak traffic in record time . Amazing

4 ★Works really well, but please send invoices when the cab is paid via credit card! If I am not mistaken then you are even legally obligated since it is now an online transaction. Asking a driver for a receipt is totally unnecessary in this case and also more complicated than it should be because they claim not to know the actual fare for bookings that had been paid online.

3 ★When I take the effort to type in the full address, I'm expecting the booking to be done for the same exact address, not for some other address close by. Also when I do the same thing for the drop off address, I'd expect the driver to be informed of it. Funnily enough, I do miss the old app. The change was needless in my opinion.

5 ★Pick up was great right outside apartment. Driver very friendly and helpful, told us information about area we where staying. Highly recommend 👌

4 ★While not an issue with the service itself, I do kindly request that the app integrate with Google Pay within Google Wallet. Instead the Google Pay option currently offered only uses those cards saved to the Google Account rather than the actual cards added to the mobile Google Wallet.

Downloaded the app before a business trip and used for journeys whilst there. puncti, easy to use, almost instant status of notifications and driver tracking. was early on most occasions.Paid by card on the app and receipts provided by the drivers - who all wear smart black trousers and white shirts and are very professional. clean , safe and reliable...i loved it!

5 ★Excellent app and very accurate with good features. Maybe the option to contact the office via message and the edit time could be added? After the update to version 3.5.3, I had to re-enter my previously saved card details and re-login as all credit info did not make it from one version to the next. Otherwise it worked flawlessly.
