How to install eHomeLife APK on Android phone or tablet?

3 ★Unfortunately the app does not synchronize with either Google home or Alexa. This means I am not able to open and close by voice. That's not what the app indicates and was quite a letdown since having to do it by phone is far less convenient and was not the point. Generally speaking the app works well although it has stopped informing me about garage open and closed when it is by another member of the household. There's definitely some additional work to be done here
4 ★I have edited this review. A very patient and helpful customer service rep provided replacement parts and helpful suggestions. All issues resolved. Opener was easy to install and it is working with Google Assist. I understand that man made products sometimes have issues and that is why good customer service is so important. Thank you for your help.
5 ★We have been thrilled with both performance through the app and thru Google home. It's even in a garage with bad 2.4 and from the app it works perfectly.
4 ★Installed Refoss smart garage door opener with this app. Works as promised and integrated with alexa no problem. You have to set up a pin code in Alexa to open the door. Only issue that I ran into was closing the garage door it would partially close and then open again. Quick browse through the settings and had to adjust trigger duration from 1 second to a half a second. Would give 5 stars if this was explained in the setup instructions.
3 ★Just got my outdoor outlet. I set it up and then moved it to an outdoor outlet right outside my living room window. But when i went to turn on the secobd switch that my christmas lights are plugged into, it said i couldn't connect. My phone was connected to the wifi so i don't know why it did that. I was standing right inside the window. It finally connected after 5-10 min. It did the same thing when i went to turn them off. If it gets better, i will change my rating.
1 ★Plug works well with the app, but the page on the app that connects the plug to Alexa - or Google for that matter - is dead. It does not respond, either with my Note 9 stylus or my finger. Very disappointing! I sent an email to the seller/manufacturer (not quite sure) but haven't heard back yet. Hence only one star!
3 ★Garage Door opener. Easy setup. Integration with alexa so far sucks. Keeps telling me garage does not support that function. I bought it for voice control from my wheelchair. FAIL. Integration with google requires pin... annoying. One of the main reasons I wanted this was to be able to see if garage door was open. This is not available in alexa or Google home Please fix this My meross light switch goes offline frequently...every month or two ...requires me to pull out neutral and reset .fix it
4 ★Works fine at a very basic level for garage door control. Room for improvement regarding Google Home integration (i.e. can't operate or see status though the app, can only issue voice commands and queries). PIN requirement for opening is annoying (if not understandable from a security perspective), since it requires you to verbalize it out loud for GH. Visually basic compared to something like GoSmart app.
3 ★Using this app for Refoss/Meross Smart Garage Door Opener. The garage door functions work great from the app to open/close the door and to see if it is closed or open. However, integration with Alexa and Google Home apps only provides voice controls, the icon button does nothing. Please fix the integration with Alexa and Google Home to provide full functionality from the app to open/close the garage door and check status using the icon buttons.
3 ★No problem opening and closing garage door. Only problem it doesn't reflect correct status. For example, the garage door is already closed but the app is showing that it's open.
3 ★I can open and close my garage door from within the app. But if I try to create a scene or a scheduled routine, the app wants me to pick a device but does not list any devices to choose from.
3 ★I don't see 2 factor authentication in this app. For any IOT device this is a must. You cannot just rely on the password. I would like to see it sends a text message if you install on a new device and integration (oauth) with Google instead of creating your own account for eHomeLife.
