3 ★Not as up to date, time frame wise, as I hoped or thought it would be. Still ended up calling the contact center to check on parcel statuses, especially the one that needed customs clearance, I found that parcel to be the least updated. When the driver delivered it, the App had it as still under customs clearance. And then it updated a few hours after I took delivery of my parcel. But I love being able to track numerous parcels at a time.

1 ★After placing pick up service waited whole day but no one seems to come to pick up. Even called to call center and agent assured that someone will come but never came.
1 ★I watched my package take the trip from Sandton to my city, it stopped at about 75% of the way and stayed there for the entire day, the next morning I see it's back in Sandton and then as the day went on the package took the trip to me again, yet again stopping in the same area and staying there for the rest of the day. Contacted Aramex and they indicated they haven't even received the item from its origin.
1 ★I had the most disappointing experience with you!!! I have an order from shein and from April 20th I received a message that its ready for shipment but they didn't do it. Then 25th I get an other notification that you will shipped and plz stay near but also they didn't do it. Now we are in 27th and there is no life from you. Thanks for this bad experience... everyday I said I'll get my order BUT.... My order is just here but you don't respect time and customer. PLZ be more professional !!!!
1 ★Do not use this service. Unfortunately some government services insist on using this lousy excuse for a courier. Their drivers apparently do not understand the concept of a phone number - they will ring your door bell once and just mark off as "delivery attempted - no response" then scamper off. And good luck trying to use the app to call the driver - there is a "phone" button but it does not work! I would gladly pay extra for the privilege of not having to use these guys.

A parcel was posted on Monday but only picked on Friday, when I posted it I was told they come and collect on daily bases, but in my case it took them a good whole week to come and collect. Highly unacceptable! I will never recommend this courier company to anyone or ever use it again!!!!!

1 ★This app is useless. The estimated delivery is highly inaccurate. On three occasions my packages are delivered few weeks after it was suppose to. This seems to be the trend thus there is no point in this app. Just wait until they eventually call you to deliver whenever that may be.

Im looking for the updation on app many times but there is zero. I was so expected about the quality of customer caring about aramex thats why i shipped product through aramex. But im disappointed badly. Please get me any updation.
1 ★Worst experience, nothing is updated or informed properly on the app... no accurate information on return confirmation and when the pick up times are not accurate, courier pick up staff has no manners/very rude, can't communicate or pick up their phone when called. Very disappointed!!!!!
