1 ★The updated version doesn't function at all, can't see my shipments at all and have been forced to work off the online site. Fix this app which used to work perfectly

1 ★The app isn't working. It keeps asking me to refresh, on repeat. I've used data and wifi separately and neither works. I am only able to use my account on the website
1 ★Your new app is broken! Been using aramex for years and the old app was a bit clunky but never had completely broken sections within it. The new app, The Home and Shipments section is broken. Please test the app a little more on version bumps to ensure your product, we all are paying for, is working.
1 ★I'm afraid the new user experience looks nice, but isn't functional for me at all. The rate calculator keeps on returning an internal server error. more importantly, I have 2 packages at AGS warehouses, but it doesn't even show up on the app (it shows on the website). The app thus serves absolutely no purpose at this point in time.
1 ★THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. I was first charged R5920.00 for customs on one package, I waited a day or two then suddenly the fee changed to R7284.02. On another package I was charged R320, I paid it, then they confiscated it, and now I somehow have to pay another R1300.00 to get my item. The app and website don't work. Their customer service is also worthless, I asked them so many times to explain what was going on and I barely got any help. Look for another service guys👎
1 ★keeps crashing and half the 'features' don't work
1 ★The Home and Shipments screens are not working. They are just blanc and refresh do nothing.
1 ★ever since the update, nothing is displayed on the app it is just blank and says either refresh or error all the time.
2 ★This app is hot trash. It doesn't sync correctly with your AGS account. Shows several shipments I received ages ago as not yet shipped. The customs duties form doesn't always work and won't let you submit your customs info or invoice. Aramex offices also don't have friggin contact details! (in south africa). At least they're cheap.
