1 ★Terrible experience and lack of customer service. The team in Paris office are too lazy to proactively scan the packages once received from suppliers and now I have a shipment missing and the other one with a wrong invoice. No way to contact customer care except raising a ticket and expect a response after ages.

1 ★stay away from this company if you care for peace of mind. Worst among the worst customer service and they will respond only when it matters for them. Otherwise you are on your own. And they will charge as they please and no questions entertained. I don't know how these people are still in business. And they simply don't care even if there are 100 negative reviews. It is one of the company which is managed by the worst.
1 ★Worst experience ever. Tried creating an account but it kept telling me that the email was already in use even though I've never created an account with them. Tired sign in and reset my password but it told me invalid email, as in the email doesn't exist. Tried a 2nd email, it worked for 4mins but then my account was deactivated?!
1 ★Now, neither the app works well nor their new website. It seems they are going from bad to worse.
3 ★There are tons of graphical bugs and some pages aren't acting like they're supposed to, I wish I could get in direct contact with the developer so I can report the bugs directly, thanks

1 ★Last year in December the working perfectly no issue on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Android 8, now in January update the app keep crashing and never open, please fix it
