1 ★Zero Stars for Customer Care. App obviously has major issues. I can't even update my phone number without getting an Unexpected Error message. Worse yet, the email account they give for help doesn't work either. I am beyond frustrated.
5 ★App was working perfectly, until I got Oreo update, now when I open the app It just gives a blank white page. Restarted my phone but no difference. Please update with better optimization as I'm constantly getting packages delivered to me.
3 ★Good experience as far as information about packet/delivery are concerned. However, I have never been able to pay the shipping fee on the app with my Paypal account. I always get an error saying unsuccessful.
1 ★The App is just for checking about your shipments after have been delivered to client, not useful for tracking your shipment hr by hr or day by day which they not updated correctly, you are need to call customer service every day to check you pkgs status, Also they have a a very poor and not expert team who cannot handle your shipments probably and is not as your expectations. Your requists are not read quickly, they need between 12 to 24 hrs until reply you and without any correct actions, and no body care about your shipment, so they are unprofessional from my side of view.
2 ★After recent update, there is no "login" option, only "sign up" !! But you can use "Aramex global shopper" with login feature. Obviously they changed applications without any notice.
1 ★The application is very bad compared to the old version, no proper shipment data, no payment, no notifications, does not work for the past few days and on top of that aramex became too expensive
1 ★Awful app, poor customer service and refusing to commit to any delivery deadlines. They have not delivered products in over a month, instead posting "funny memes" on their social media pages and pasting pre-written delay messages without acknowleding their customers. I've been with them for 10 years or more and each year their prices go up, yet customer service goes down. The only reason they are still in business is because they're the only service like this with global reach in the UAE.
1 ★2 days ago I started getting the "unexpected error" message. Can't do anything. I uninstalled it, thinking maybe a fresh install would fix it. Nope, because now it won't download at all.
1 ★Account deactivated after subscription. Customer Service doesn't pick calls place to them. Wish there's a negative star to give. This is scam. Don't download or even try to subscribe. After several months you come telling me give you my ID card details and other details telling me they are needed to help me use the your service. 1 ★'My addresses' is misleading as it is ShopnShip addresses, 'Ship-to Addresses' would work better. 'Delivery Options' to get to my addresses is also misleading. Simply calling this 'My Addresses or Pickup' would be a million times clearer. Thanks
1 ★How am I supposed to log in when that option isn't even available?! Also, why can't we pay for customs online? Online payment should be a fully functional service. Otherwise it's pointless! Last but not least, for the amounts charged delivery should be faster, especially from the U.S. Most of the time it takes 3 full days from the point local shippers deliver an order of mine to an Aramex address, before I get notified of it being received. Then another 2 to 3 days before it ships! Too slow!!
