1 ★I really like this app but I got a new phone and cannot to transfer my subscription to it. The app wants me to buy a new subscription. If this cannot be solved, I will cancel my subscription for good.

1 ★Can't go anywhere in this app without paying for it...
3 ★It used to work really well, I even subscribed. But now the updates for each parcel are outdated by hours or just don't even update. Even if you pull down to trigger updates nothing happens. Maybe it's not the apps fault and it's API issues with the delivery companies, hard to say?
5 ★One of the best and useful app I have seen in the playstore. Could easily identify the courier agency in seconds merely with the tracking number and Could track the packages.
2 ★I used to keep the old version from a few years ago. Once it updated I'm quite disappointed. Dislike the UI, and the app is nowhere near as reliable or useful as it used to be.
1 ★The app didn't update my tracking by Royal Mail this past week 7th of February, even though my email was sending updates every 3 days before it arrived. Even if I put my tracking no in now, the app and the parcel website states "Sender have sent it to the courier" the service of the app needs sorting out.
