1 ★App has potential but is lacking in many basic features that one would expect. For example, as a client, the app keeps no account history of past jobs. After I've paid for the job, it simply disappears. There is no ability to leave a message or special instructions for the service provider such as a door or gate code. Also, after a service has been scheduled, there is no way to reschedule it or even cancel it. Those are just the basics... What about the ability to see photos of the work prior to authorizing payment and a rating? I could go on and on, but I have my doubts that anyone actually reads these reviews!

1 ★I was invited by an appliance repair company to download this app but I have tried 3 times to sign up and each time I get an error message. Massive fail.

1 ★App stores your credit card info without your permission. It provides no way of deleting it. Mysterious, unexplained "approve" button is actually a "charge my credit card" button, which you find out after your card has already been charged. Company customer service is horrendous, promises to delete your card info, but doesn't. I have reported this company to their credit card payment processor for deceptive practices. Do not use this app, or this company!

2 ★This looks like an app with a lot of potential. However for an app called house call why do they not have a category for real Licensed Contractors. I don't even see a category for a licensed deck building companies or licensed fence contractors. 99% of house calls are for contractors unless you're in need of a maid or childcare or something else that doesn't involve a real house call Improvement so why not have a category for the most common need, Contractors??
