2 ★Recently, whenever I need to use a checklist, the information I type in either doesn't save or shuffles around to a different part of the checklist. It's become so frustrating that I have to manually type up a checklist in my phone's note app and then copy and paste it into the ticket notes section. Hoping this can be fixed soon. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Z flip 3
1 ★at first I thought the app was very beneficial, but after finding out there's too many hidden fees to use the service and they're not likely to tell you about the cost of these hidden fees up front until you've actually started using the service. I only had to pay monthly for the service that they provided but then also a prorated service fee for using the app and then on top of that a fee for each job that you schedule. Not professional. customer service is only avialable when they schedule you
5 ★The best of the best! With a great team to help you get started, if needed, this app is truly the all in one business app for all home maintenance companies. From estimates to invoices and scheduling it, helps you "keep it all together". For big companies as well, this app could cut payroll in the office with the easy to do forms and templates offered. Even sending notices via text that an employee has arrived to scheduled job and when finished! With many options for billing paying is fast!
3 ★Good app, helps me stay on track and easily update books and send invoices from the road. There are however alot of features that should be stock with this app but the company misses the mark with alot of things. The proposal tool is however the most useless pay feature, flat rate should be sent to the customer as a lump job, not each line item price showing. This is a no brainer, have requested to change, hasn't been changed.
3 ★Just Ok for dispatching. Only works part of the time or uploads pics and files. Delays in sending jobs to techs, you have to close and reopen the app so it will update the calendar.. Can't update addresses either. 07/28/22 Sadly, these issues have not changed. We put a booster in the truck and still have issues uploading and not saving pictures.
5 ★This app is amazing and is constantly getting better! The ability to schedule appointments from your phone and all the features make life so much easier to run a service business. After trying a few other apps, I know HouseCallPro goes above and beyond for simplicity of use and other great features!! Theres reminder emails, ability to send an OnMyWay text to the customer and the ability to text or email the invoice. They also have amazing customer service with their chat bubble!!
1 ★Extremely poor customer service and even worse software. They charge for maps and GPS tracking that doesn't even update. The app only works half the time and you can't speak to anyone in customer support directly, it's all by email. They claim to offer payment processing and then flag certain payments and refuse to release the funds until you send them bank statements, I've never experienced anything like this. Stay away fro m this company, there are better service providers in this space.
1 ★When I 1st signed on with housecall pro A little less than 2 years ago they were awesome if I had a problem I could call and speak to a live person. A little less than 2 years ago they were awesome if I had a problem I could call and speak to a live person and that problem was taken care of relatively quick. The value was very good for the price they were charging for thir services. At first then the price increased and their customer service decreased. I would not recommend them at all.
1 ★This app isn't good for HVAC services. This app is cumbersome at best, also it doesn't return to the proper spot in the calendar. It may return to where you were or it may go to the end of the calendar. Sometimes you can enter your info, and it doesn't save it. Then you end up having to re-enter I again while standing in front of your customer.
2 ★App glitches all the time. Have to have perfect service to use the mobile app. It's really frustrating being a tech and having the app slow me down. I have used Service Titan at my last two companies and it is a far superior app. Downloads pictures faster and is way easier to create and present multiple estimates for a customer.
1 ★Was working well my only problem was that it did not refresh jobs when someone made a change unless you restart the app. Now the problem is there's some stupid beta version that gives you added pop-ups when you're trying to navigate to a job and there is no way to revert to the non-beta version.
1 ★The app was working great till it wasn't. Customer service is a nightmare to work with. So many unannounced changes. Useful services have been removed and are either no longer available, or available for an upcharge fee. Not a very ethical company to do business with. This app was very useful in the beginning to grow my company, now I'm not so sure anymore.
