5 ★I'm surprised to see such low reviews. My company has been using this app for years. We have about 50 people using it and it has helped streamline our business a ton! We were on another dispatch program for years but made the switch due to costs and we were suprised that the more affordable program was actually better! We will remain a housecallpro using company for the foreseeable future.
4 ★So far, it's been working well for my Appliance Repair business. The productivity reports are very helpful in determining if our business is turning a profit. Field techs find it easy to navigate. Wish we could still upload and make updates offline when in areas with poor scell service, also would like it is an option could be created to allow field techs to see everyone's routes to make it easier to meet up for 2 person jobs and be productive if partner is running behind.

2 ★It's ok. It works as a basic app for what it claims to do, but the employee experience feels very isolated, and i find myself asking "why cant i do this?" quite often. Its a calendar with a hint of digital strategy that may fulfill many of my employer's desires, but not many of mine. My biggest gripe is the load time for the schedule. It's inconsistent and lengthy on most devices I've tried.
