Daybook stimuleert je om na te denken over wat je op een dag doet en welke invloed ervaringen en activiteiten hebben op je stemming en welke mensen op welke momenten belangrijk voor je kunnen zijn. Het geeft je een tool in handen om jezelf te "monitoren" en ondersteunt bij het uitvoeren van belangrijke dagelijkse activiteiten.
Daybook is uniek omdat het volledig gemaakt is vanuit het perspectief van de gebruiker en niet vanuit het perspectief van een zorgorganisatie of softwareleverancier.
Daybook is ontstaan uit een behoefte van één gebruiker in de gezondheidszorg, maar is nu van de vele gebruikers. Op basis van jullie ervaringen zal Daybook zich blijven ontwikkelen waardoor elke gebruiker kan beschikken over een eigen Daybook-oplossing.
