3 ★I would like to give this app a five star rating when it comes to delivery but after I purchased the premium version it started glitching out logs out on its own and even reloads videos and recording I delete. There's also no way to get customer help within a reasonable time. I'm still waiting to hear back and it's been two weeks.

Sometimes work sometime don't, when it doesn't work forget it restart or log out never fixed. when remote phone is video chat then it become useless if you are trying to connect to other phone. hope you guys fix it. older version had none of these problems. It even allow you to hear remote phone caller voice.
3 ★The new way of marketing apps in tiered packages is getting ridiculous and I don't like it, nor the fact that I've had multiple subscriptions go from full-access to limited features because suddenly the price changes and amount I originally agreed to pay is only covering some features now. Someone needs to put a stop to this.
1 ★Pls fix. One issue. when you are monitoring another person who are using an iPhone, they need to open the app in order to monitor. Where else If you are monitoring another person who are using android phone e.g..Samsung, they don't have to open the app and you straight away can monitor. Pls do something about this. Other then this issue. The app is fine.
3 ★I love this app, it is the best surveillance app amongst all. There's one problem. During any call like WhatsApp, messenger etc.. It doesn't allow the target mobile to connect to the mic and speaker unlike gsm phone calls. And a message apprears on the target mobile that trackview does not allow the call to use the mic. This is a problem and should be corrected.
5 ★Ok I was having connectivity issues unless both phones were on WIFI but in mobile network it was in and off. Now to help anyone else having those problems I think I've figured it out when you go to the settings on the app at the top it says to improve connectivity click here click the setup button then go to the optimize battery and turn that off it should work so far it's been working like it used to for me. Hope this helps anyone having problems.
1 ★I paid for 1 yr of service & they also started debiting a monthly fee from my bank acct, which I had incurred Overdraft charges since no money was to come out. After that stopped, which I was never reimbursed for any od charges, they are also pulling money via PayPal from my account. I have emailed them several times to stop taking money from me & they just say that they're not. I have been trying for over a year now to get them to stop taking money from my bank account, with no success!
3 ★Hey this app is wonderful but there is a issue with remote device like whenever device get restart it stop working for me its not working properly. Even its create lag issue with remote device. Is it not possible your app service keep working even remote device rebooted well I tried everything all settings but did not found any Solution. Please help me out with this
2 ★App used to work well, but rarely connects to the other device any longer, and when it does the connection is usually dropped after a minute or two at best. You guys gotta get this corrected, or I'm going to have to cancel my subscription. No point in paying for something that doesn't work when needed.
