We work in a prepaid system. You only have to maintain a sufficient positive balance in your DailyNinja wallet and we will keep delivering the product to you. You can add money to the DailyNinja wallet using multiple online payment options.

1 ★Of there was 0 star I would have opted that...the app shows multiple orders for same product and all balance is deducted...service is very bad especially for grocery...never buy grocery here
1 ★From the time I have installed it. It shows the service is unavailable. Though my near by shop suggested to download it. But it never worked. Pathetic service
1 ★Extremely poor service. Subscribed for milk. If we are lucky enough, we get it at 8:45 AM. Don't get it on most days but. They do refund the amount quickly though. Wanted to come out of the platform , but they don't let you withdraw the money to your wallet. Tried to contact customer care 5-6 times on this and get the same standard response that they will resolve it soon. 0 stars should be allowed on play store !
1 ★Avoid this. If you're looking for milk/groceries delivery service. Milk was never delivered to my flat. Money was still deducted from my wallet by end of day, even though I had raised issue that milk was not delivered. On top of it, their customer support is horribly slow. It's the third day now and I've had no response yet from them! My money of around Rs.70 was also taken from me! Pathetic company..! I'll not leave them until my money is refunded.
1 ★Daily ninja is good in parts. They often deliver half the items but charge for full items. A pain to note what is and not delivered and what is not billed. A really aweful experience.
2 ★Can be called Daily Delay. Everyday milk delivery is so late and we get same reply "won't repeat tommorow". No quality control or feedback mechanism. Just waiting for wallet money to end to switch from this pain .
1 ★Worst app I have experienced in my life, Once if I order a product or (milk),i dont get any delivery and also my money is getting deducted. When i wanted to withdraw my money there is no response. People never reply back, im waiting from around 6months but no response to my report.
1 ★Update on 9/12: Absolutely no progress. Neither do they deliver milk nor are they willing to refund the amount in their app. Contacted them twice and they still have not returned my money. After talking to people in my building a lot of people are facing the same issue. Very unreliable. The customer service is even worse. Ive been contacting them about a recurring issue and all I receive is a standard message with no resolution. I'd recommend staying away from this app.
1 ★It was great with previous app version. With this new improvement in app ui basic features like changing address or searching if my apartment will be served are absolutely not working. Moreover there is no way you can contact their support in case you need assistance. It been over a week I requested for a call. I don't think they are ever going to call. Missing the good old days.
1 ★Extremely bad service. Very unpredictable. They may or may not deliver the order. Sometimes it is delayed by several hours & other times items are missing. Why would someone order from them if they can't even ensure delivery. Also, orders are usually received in a shabby condition. At one time all the eggs has smashed and spilled over to different things inside the package in a completely disgusting manner. I had to throw away a lot of stuff. They should be ashamed of their services. Pathetic.

When raising a complaint, they will not take it stating complaints should be raised within 48 hours. But, the fact is I raised the complaint on the same day when the delivery was missed. Absolutely, pathetic service. I recommend people to look out for other options rather than trusting these cheaters. Very worst service.
