I had placed a smart TV service request and they came and picked the TV on Sunday morning saying by evening they will repair and bring it back. they dint even informed us the status later and after many follow ups they came back on Tuesday evening and said they can't do service e as they dint have Comoany parts. I even raised a complaint with Bro4u team and without even contacting me they closed the complaint. Worst service ever received by me.
1 ★Using this aap for the service of my back was my biggest mistake. After doing service of my bike the bike got worse than before, and when I raised a complaint there was no action taken and got a response through sms my query has been fixed whereas i was never contacted. Its all fruad service done through this app, so i request everyone not to go service from this app and all positive feedback all fake. Once again think before you download app
1 ★The worst service app I've ever used. I'm on the 7th day of giving my laundry to them and their service partner has still not returned it. It's 4.10 in the evening now and they have been making me wait from 10 o'clock in the morning. All this is after they delayed my pick up as well. They scheduled my pick up at 11 in the morning and came only by 6.30 in the evening. Never ever use this app because the company also will not take responsibility for their partners.

App is really good and user friendly. I had booked for laundry services and the quality of service is really good. The service was on time and efficient. Overall great experience from bro4u services. Good work done by the plumbers provided by the team. They are very skilled and did the job excellently. T
1 ★Not at all good service. I have tried few services from them over the years(assumption was that the service would have improved) and everytime the vendor shows a bill which is 5 times the actual price even if they dont know anything about anything. Local vendors are much more expert and reasonable with price. So I am signing off now.

I was locked out with my 3 children due to a little accident with my lock and within an hour I was able to get a professional to my residence. He sorted out the issue very efficiently, professionally and the whole job was done quite neatly. Don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for this service!!

Thry can't do anything with their vendors and don't accept feedbacks. Customer service is lame! Wasted my time and money. Had to call another local guy to fix everything.

All the service providers are looting & cheating money from customers. They take advance money for items, then they never turn back. All the service providers are goondas here.
1 ★Horrible after sales service. They fixed a screen which emits a yellow hue and it's been two weeks now but all follow ups are ignored. Callous professionals and the customer support is non existent. My order id was 417045. Will never recommend this upstart to anybody. Lots of promises, zero professionalism and execution. Steer clear please.
1 ★I applied for laundry service, even after specifying the loaction, the app located me somewhere else a wrong laundry appointment got fixed consuming in my only coupon available, after that when I changed the location, the dry clearner didn't show up at all, requesting support would just repetitively fix the appointment and nothing further happens, everything remains same, no one showed up at all, worst laundry service, should've take the option out if you can't take proper charge of it
1 ★Horrible experience. They tries to loot you like anything. I sent my bike for servicing as I didnt have any other option during lockdown. My accelerator was working fine before sending it to them but they returned it back with a loose one. I regret my decision to sent it. I had a fight with the mechanic as he was not ready to do the servicing mentioned in the app and charged me twice of the amount. I would suggest to send vehicles to the company service centre. Shame on you guys
