1 ★Constant notifications that I don't want. It woke me up at 2:15 in the morning and that was the last straw for me. I disabled, deleted, and removed everything I could find in regards to this app, and I hope it dies in a fire, slowly.
1 ★I uninstalled this several times including today and somehow its back wanting me to do an update. Now it won't let me u install this. Will have to report this to the authority figure as this is now getting ridiculous. I think my phone is being hacked by Huawei themselves as I am not installing this at all. Going to take my phone to a professional tech to have this investigated and will now be claiming back costs from Huawei in a small claims
1 ★So far this app is very very frustrating. I want to select English but it will only give me Spanish. I tried the chat, but they suggested I uninstall the app, which since it came on my Huawei phone, is an impossibility. I spent over a half hour on the chat in Spanish when I wanted English. But they were not able to help me.
1 ★Asks for Location information and other personal stuff. Why release the update to Android 10 through an app which FORCES you to give up many personal stuff? If you cancel the app closes, no option to simply opt out. Please give the option to update to Android 10 without giving stuff such as my location information.
1 ★After the recent HiCare update, all the text were invisible. Only the icons are visible. You'll have to guess which icon are you looking for. And the software update is also missing. Such a waste of time and neglecting why I choose huawei.
1 ★Hello, the hicare app and AppGallery , don't work for along time, What's going on? When click on thesr both app, it shows " unable to connect to server, please touch to try again" Please fix the problem. I tried at couple different phones, such as honor10lite or p30lite and mate10lite
1 ★It doesn't work anymore when I try to backup and change to another phone. It said that no connection and keep on asking me to retry even when my connection in the fastest mode. Now all my documents for work and photos of my family's gone. Too sad
1 ★I seen that this app needs to be updated. But I have tried to update it 12 times and it will not update hence pointless in star rating it not impressed. But it seems that I have to rate so here we go.
5 ★Dear honor love your phones but please can you make the built in cleaner more like the ones on the app store like the one by hawk super cleaner and antivirus. There should be more options etc and the antivirus should offer 24hr protection. Also I had spam alert on my Alcatel 3c and alba 5.7 it would show up in red and say spam caller why does the honor 7a not offer this it is android 8, yet for some reason it doesn't seem to acknowledge spam
2 ★Requesting update is not available in UK. See other countries being able to request EMUI 10 via app etc, but in UK we are taken directly to default settings update? Why not make it so everyone gets the same options? I believe the UK is being left behind other countries.
1 ★It doesn't work! Huawei apk is unable to connect to Huawei server... I really don't understand why only Apple is able to do good phones and good apps, with no issues(at least this is what I heard)
1 ★The newest update it was scanned by Norton antivirus and it says: "Privacy risk". "This app shares the username or mail linked to email accounts on your device. This may lead to spamming or phishing attacks".
