The app does not neither disclose any information to third parties nor does it do any costly phone calls! The rights are needed to:
"Read contact information": to determine, if a caller is a known person
"Place calls": to change (for free!) the call forwarding to the voice mail
"Network location": securing evidence, where the stalker called
"Internet access": to log - if permitted - an encrypted protocol of the calls, for easy printing at the PC
"Read phone status": to be able to react to a call
