1 ★This needs a lot of updates on their end to be somewhat functional. Frustrating is a good description.

1 ★Struggle to get the camera connected

1 ★Absolute waste of time. When I first installed it, I could get it to work in a glitchy kind of way. Was frustrating to use then, but now I can't view my cameras at all. Loading gets somewhere between 88 - 98% then nothing. I have tried everything. Creators need to trash this app and start again. Not even worth half a star!!

3 ★Can't subscribe and also can't access cloud data. Sound also can't be activated

1 ★This new update now needs some BS duel authentication...it gives you 60s to type in the code emailed....but 30 minutes later im still awaiting the 1st code of 5 trys....thanks for the updat...its now made my swcurity system basically useless

1 ★Service issue,this app getting from bad to worst,subcribed the service and already auto deduct my money but still notify me that the cloud service already ended and need to renew,how can u deduct my money but stop the service,i guess i need to unsubcribe the service and use other provider.

1 ★Worked so so until January 2025. Now only works on 2.4 wireless, of which we don't use. Never was real impressed, but it served it's purpose. Now the cameras are useless. No tech support.
