Принцип работы - передаем из 1с (или откуда угодно через socket) номер телефона - смартфон разблокируется и начинает набирать номер, говорим, передаем команду из 1с чтобы положить трубку.
Кроме обычного звонка можно позвонить через CSipSimple https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.csipsimple, он должен быть установлен
На Android 5 не работает!
1. Устанавливаем приложение
2. Подключаем телефон к wifi, желательно прописываем на wifi роутере постоянный ip адрес
3. Приложение работает на порту 6000
4. Данные можно передовать как из 1с передавая через winsock простую строку с текстом номера, так и даже обычным telnet (для тестов)
Формат команд:
+78001234567 - набор обычного номера
+78001234567sip - набор используя SIP клиент CSipSimple (должен быть установлен и должна быть настроена учетная запись)
hang - положить трубку
