1 ★Constantly drops connection. Kettle can't be located even though they are on the same network. Update 2019-09-26: still useless,what a shock... Updated the app and still drops connection. And when it does you have to reset it to factory and try again and again until it decides to be less useless for a small window of time

1 ★This product is awful. It plain and simply does not work. As a programmer myself I have struggled to set this device up and it simply throws errors or refuses to accept that it is connected to the smarter coffee device. A complete waste of money. Alas, if you're looking at this you, much like myself, are already stuck with owning one. This doesn't work at all on Android 7.1+ and they clearly have no intention of fixing it.
1 ★Great idea! The app looks good but rarely works the way its supposed to! Water level and temperature never works unless I restart my phone anytime I want to use it. Defeats the purpose!! Most of the time if I want to boil my kettle I have to join the kettle2.0 network in the app and boil it that way! Basically I have an expensive kettle! App is useless!
1 ★Great Idea, awful implementation. In over a year i have rarely had the Coffee Machine remain attached to the network for longer than a day. I would point out none of my Nest Thermostats, neither of my Neato Connected or any of my other smart home tech has a problem with my wireless. The only answer i got from support was update firmware, app and restart. We are making improvements. The coffee is weak, i mean really weak. I always have to pre-fill the filter with ground coffee before using it, despite having set it to strong.
1 ★I can't believe that a company is allowed to advertise a products features and then not deliver. This app is unreliable, has only one of the advertised functions when you're lucky enough to get it running. Also, the tech support is NON EXISTANT. such a shame as this could be an amazing product.
2 ★It's a real shame that this app doesn't live up to what the side of the box states it should. I have BT infinity and never have problems with devices dropping out, however this app does. It welcomed me home and asked me if I wanted a coffee 3hrs later. Not good, the wake up works OK, but the machine does keep coming up with 'loading' and 'connecting'. If the developer can sort these teething issues out it would be a fantastic app.
3 ★This app is okay but can be a bit annoying. In all honestly I dont mind it but it's very hard to connect. My main issue is that this app cant connect to my smartwatch. It seems like the perfect app to do so. Would be nice to see it in the near future
1 ★Four replacement kettle's including upgrade to iKettle 2. App is equally bad quality. I'd be better off using a saucepan with the amount of time wasted on this product.
3 ★Recent updates fixed Android connection issues. It's still pretty weak. Open The source up to better developers! And get IFTT support going so the product is not just a buggy gimmick.
1 ★Edit. App is now completely unusable and the biggest waste of time ever. Doesn't even deserve one star. Company doesn't seem to listen to the customers at all going by how there has not been an update since October. Disgrace.
