4 ★Everything works great! I love the personality of the company and they're great about helping you for a smaller business. I wish there were options for saving card numbers in both square and acuity bc when I run saved cards it still needs to be manually entered. Also want rules and conditional logic for the forms. But other than that it's awesome! Edit: still wish the forms were smarter, but I went to another system for a couple months and switched back because I missed acuity so much! Thanks!
4 ★I have 2 versions. The android app version doesnt let you check any customers out via Credit Card. The glich makes it where you cant choose an expiration date. Also, the "resend confirmation email" option doesnt send at text message or email notification went choosen through the app, but it does through desktop. Other than that, very satisfied!
5 ★I been using this app and program with my Squarespace app for over a year. Was using Square Scheduling, but it couldnt do what I needed. This program easily worked with my website. My customers easily schedule their appointments, addons, etc. Works great on PC, Android, iphone. Never had any issue since using it. I use both Android, and on PC for my business. It has made scheduling my appointments easier and faster. Unsure of the issues others see.
4 ★So far its fabulous and the price is just right. I am tired of paying ridiculous rates for software that doesn't work reliably. Update has been less reliable, but still far faster and less expensive than Booker and more features than Genbook (which I did like and it was slightly more expensive). Latest update is doing better...I have a request in about purchasing more than just current session in the App - here's hoping that is added soon!
5 ★I use this daily. I couldn't run my business without this. Every client has to look at the calendar, find an opening from availability that I set up, answer specific questions related to the service, and then they can book. The software collects all the pertinent information from them including the needed disclaimers etc. Using the software has cut out 90% of the back and forth phone calls from clients trying to schedule an appointment. I love acuity scheduling.
5 ★This app is perfect! I have all my scheduling needs right at my finger tips. People can schedule via my website AND now it is easy for me to schedule them when we're in person. I can see my clients past appointments, make notes on a client, and see my upcoming schedule quickly and easily. Its even integrated with my Google calendar so I never miss a thing or double schedule. Doctor appointment? No problem, Acuity blocks off that time for me so I don't have to worry about it. I get notified when new appointments are made per my preferences to. Great customer ok mor support. A CV unity is amazing. Period.
1 ★This app is extremely important to our business. But we are having the same issues as the other reviewers. The response to commands is very slow. It's becoming a nuisance to use. And navigating between multiple calendars is close to impossible. When you swipe from one calendar to the next, is doesn't respond right away. So naturally, you try it again. But then it catches up, and you've then swiped too far. I've run out of room to write more. Please, I'm begging you, figure this out.
2 ★Great app for scheduling but for taking credit cards it's very flaky. The connection to the wireless reader almost always is disconnected every time I open this app. Even if bluetooth was not turned off. It makes taking charges very frustrating. I usually end up going to the Square up app itself to make the charge in the end.
2 ★Great program, but I'm disappointed with the app though. I can't see a weekly view and the app runs slow and doesn't load appointments right away. There's also no notification feature, so if new appointments get scheduled by a client, I don't get reminded like I would in Google Calendar. I only get notified when they make the appointment. So that means I'm constantly having to check the calendar, which runs slow and doesn't show me the entire week. So I basically need to use two calendars.
1 ★Since the latest updates, as others have noted, when the app opens it never lands on the right day. I've also had issues with square connecting which was a huge long drawn out process. This needs a severe update. Hopefully it comes soon. Also not sure why the Android app is called "Scheduling" from "Acuity Scheduling". Hoping uninstalling and reinstalling (for the 5th time) fixes some issues...😥
1 ★False advertising. Android app is trash, we have 80 clients scheduled week over week...but of course you can see 0, that's right, zero of the appointments in the Android app. iOS and PC work just fine...making this app worthless. Can't even filter/view other calendars anymore. Keep up your efforts devolving this app, seems to be going well (and happening fast).
1 ★Edit: Response from developer unacceptable. 3rd Party Keyboard App is not the problem (which is their reply). I have reached out through email, no response. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least 20x now!! I am able to log on through the website. When I open the app it is a blank screen, at the bottom there are words in red "cancel auto login". Once those are pushed I am able to put in my login credentials.. and again my login credentials will not work!!! Very frustrating!!!!!
