Description
Mindfulness is an excellent way to learn relaxation and to reduce stress levels. This app contains reflections and meditations based on the Christian principles of biblical meditation and contemplative prayer. Each reflection is a guided audio describing a particular practice to follow. There are pieces of relaxing music that you add as background to the meditations.The sections of the app are: bible reflections - meditations on a passage from the bible, imaginative contemplation - place yourself in a scene from the bible, meditation basics - an introduction to mindfulness practices, reflective prayer - guided prayer exercises, lectio divina - meditations using reading a bible passage, stress and anxiety - bible reflections focussed on trusting in God, Christmas reflections - bible meditations on the Christmas story, and laments - bible reflections focusing on difficult topics.
Each contemplation is focused on allowing you to meditate and reflect on Jesus. In silence and stillness we are able to come close to God through the power of the Holy Spirit. Take time out from your day to spend with the Lord.

5 ★Just... wow. I never do meditations/mindfulness stuff but this app makes it so easy to relax and get some alone time with God. Guaranteed if you do just one "reflection" or "quiet prayer", you'll have a great 6 or so minutes with God if you're a super busy person (hide in the bathroom if you need to!). Im going to challenge myself to do at least 1 of these sections of the app a day, so I hope they update this app often. English accent helps me pay attention and not get bored/zone out. Good job!
5 ★I love this app. It's so great to have a Christian based mindfulness app. This is helping me to engage the Lord in new ways! I only give four stars because the music choice is very poor. I would love it if you would give us the option of nature sounds: forest noises, waves, etc. Edit: new background music has arrived. Thanks so much for improving this app!!

I just completed one of the imaginative contemplations of Jesus walking on the water, and was once again filled with gratitude for what the app makers have created for us... For free! What a gift. 5 ★I love this app. So happy I found it. I use it daily, especially at night to calm and prepare for a relaxing sleep. Concentrating on breathing, relaxing music and focusing on God's goodness prepares me for a nice restful time. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking for peace and really enjoy the Christian elements to close out my day.
4 ★So far I absolutely love this app! As the Roaring 2020 Fast begins tomorrow, I feel well equipped with this app to help me focus when I am having a difficult time. The voices are soothing and it really helps to have guided focus when meditating on God's Word! I only wish there were more files!
5 ★My spiritual journey of contemplation has grown with the help of this App. It not only allows me to connect to God and Christ but gives me sense of serenity and peace that injects energy in a deeper way. Each section has a different purpose. My favorite is the imaginative contemplation. The voice helps you see, feel and be in the moment with Christ & tune out distractors. I totally love it! 5 ★This is the best meditation app for Christians, imo. You can change the apps permission settings on your phone like I did and it still works perfectly. There are no ads. It loads quickly, too. There are many options and downloadable meditations within the app without my needing to be online or on wifi after the download. I use this app in airplane mode. You can set 10 groups of bible verses to meditate, shorten/lengthen your silences, and shorten or turn off the meditation introductions in the "lectiodivina category." This is a no fuss app The voice that leads the meditation is amazing with lots of peace (without being corny/insincere). I did a couple meditations and so I know this will be a staple in my day (as long as they keep it simple with no registration requirement). Enjoy :)!

5 ★Excellent app, free and very well laid out. The narrators' voices are pleasant, the music and sounds lovely choices, the scriptures and subjects are well chosen, and adequate intro to meditation is provided for beginners too. The recently added Christmas meditations were great. I use it regularly. I only hope for more to be added, and would find it really useful to have some of the options for sounds to include binaural music and/or beats. It really is effective in assisting the brain with the changes meditation provides.

5 ★I don't usually write reviews but this app is amazing. I really love the Bible reflections and being able to focus on a verse or small passage in detail. It provides so much peace and allows me to be still and reflect on God so thank you to the creators, this is such a blessing!
