2 ★The sound is great. Issues: 1. Setup was not very intuitive. 2. Needs sign in to report problem to tech support. 3. Also, why does it need to see pictures on my phone? Is a speaker going to play pictures? 4. Suddenly says "login failed" during calls. Very embarrassing. I haven't even set Alexa up.

2 ★I bought the Creative Omni portable loudspeaker. I set it up, works OK but there is one major problem: Spotify does not work at all on it. And yes I'm a subscriber to Spotify and it works fine on my other smart speaker, the Google Home Mini. This is a major shortcoming on your part. Can you help fix the problem?

1 ★This app is a pain! Stops responding, hangs, even when I finaly got the speaker connected to wifi router, not function at all. Tried 2 different brands of android devices (good ones) and iphone, no luck any case. The furthest I've got is to be on the wifi of the speaker, so I was able to play SD content using the app, but no internet radios or spotify (offline)... As I loved Creative products in the past, this is a complete disappointment. Shame.

1 ★Very disappointed with SB... used to be a good brand from Singapore but fallen well behind times. Speakers stopped working and despite of uninstalling and rinsing reinstalling Spotify, as well as the app, connection isn't able to be reestablished. I'm going to buy BOSE!!!

1 ★Via wifi, I'm able to play spotify using my phone. However few days ago the spotify no longer able to detect my speaker. Tried several time to reconnect, reboot and reset up. Quite frustrating.

2 ★The speakers are not good, and since there's no way to even apply an equalizer to them because this software is what it is - I'm sending them back.

3 ★Simple enough to set up but very irritated with the built-in apps. if iwant to use WiFi to stream radio via Tune In app, it doesn't work forSingapore. All the local stations are listed as not supported. So toovercome that, i have to switch to Bluetooth connection and use the properTune In app that i originally downloaded from play store.
