The Oticon ON App provides discreet remote control of your hearing aids, letting you adjust the volume of your hearing aids independently, switch between listening programs, keep an eye on your battery level or even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.The Oticon ON App also enables you to:
• Access specific programs designed to help you move your attention away from your tinnitus - if enabled by your hearing care professional during the fitting session
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters, or devices such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip which can be used both for streaming and as remote microphones
• Fine-tune the sound when watching a movie or streaming audio using the streaming equalizer, for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids except Oticon Opn and Oticon Siya, if your devices support audio streaming.
• Set personal listening goals and follow your daily hearing aid use through HearingFitness™
• Connect to a wide variety of Internet-connected solutions through the Internet of Things
The Oticon ON App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids. Depending on the hearing aids and the mobile device you are using, you may or may not have access to all features the app offers.

5 ★Love love this app it helps me to control my hearing aids turn up just one hearing aid or to get it back where it needs to be when I turn them up to hear wish I could link my phone to this app
1 ★Horrible app. Keeps disconnecting the hearing aids. Forget about using the tv adapter with this app. Sad since this is the only way to control our hearing aids and you would think they would have a reliable app.
4 ★Controls the volume discreetly, which I don't care about. I don't care if people know I have a hearing problem. Update with the new phone this app works alright so far. Allows me to set a baseline plus 1 until audiologist can reset it.
2 ★Works good with my old phone and my hearing aids. Hearing fitness part of ap worked until this week. Shows no data available since Tuesday of this past week.
2 ★I have both iOS and Android devices. Very annoying that the iOS app and devices stream just fine to the hearing aids, but Android does not. The next hearing aid devices I get WILL pair with my Android device. Am guessing not Oticon at this rate.
5 ★My audiologist from Auckland Superclinic in NZ, yep she helped me how to use this app and my new Oticon hearing aids connected to my oppo phone and my fm, wow it's amazing I learnt a lot from it and I love it! Woohoo I can finally hear everyone , everything also through video calling and listening to my music with bluetooth Thank you Oticon you made me ,my family & friends HAPPY!!!! 1 ★I have hade my oticon aids and just found out that I can pair them with my samsung s8 active through the oticon on app. I was looking forward to using this for the sake of my wife. Even though I have followed the instructions to the letter and have had two other verry savy individuals try to no avail. Needless to say, I am disappointed.
5 ★Works really well on my Galaxy S10 with my mom's Ruby 2 Minirite connected. Immediately discovered the device and connected without any issues. Love the interface and features. Overall loved the experience.

3 ★Was told by my audiologist that if you want your hearing aids to work as intended when connected to your phone, get an iPhone. Android phones do not allow them to work as intended.
1 ★This app should not be on line until it works well enough that you don't have all these problems. I have played with it long enough today. I will delete this app and you let me know when it works without all these bugs and I am able to connect my hearing aids to it. It is just a waste of peoples time. We are not programmers. Wish you would have left the old one up instead of thinking this new one would work for everyone or at all.
3 ★Since the update 2 days ago, the hearing fitness has not been working! Data is not available!!! Please fix this! I am using the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G smartphone and it worked great till the last update 2 days ago. After 3 days trying to figure it out on my own. I found the apk file failed install. I deleted it and re downloaded it and it now works great. I'll only give 3 stars because oticon tech support i talked to couldn't help me. However i found and fixed it
