The SchoolCues mobile app helps improve parental engagement and school communications. 1 ★Do not choose SchoolCues based on the fact that they have an app. It is often inefficient and defective.

2 ★It is too hard to anything on here and way too convoluted even on the website itself

1 ★This app is absolute garbage. From the 90s style graphics to random crashes, vague error messages and aggressive permission requirements, there's nothing positive about it. You're forced to use it, as your child's school uses it, and the developer knows that and uses it against you. The support is merely lip service; they "escalated" my issue few months ago, did nothing to resolve it, and didn't even bother to follow up. I look forward to the day I can clean this filth off my phone forever.

2 ★The app hardly ever works. It always says "error" This is the main form of communication for my sons daycare and I remain unimpressed with the quality and overall function.

1 ★This app is essentially non-functional on Android. It works perfectly on iOS though. Hope that there's an update in the near future for Android.

1 ★Installed to see how much I could do with the app vs desktop just t be able to complete tasks on the fly. App synced to my profile, pulled up school, but didn't load any records. Tried and two different devices with same result.

2 ★Its a good app to be informed and have quick access to tools such as signs ups and tasks. However, the app stops working after one use, doesn't reload to the panes you're trying to go to, I have to remove and redownload the app the next day. The concept is good, but the implementation didn't work out. Hope they improve the app.

1 ★This is the single worst app I've ever used. It doesn't function. It's not well integrated with the website platform. Truly worthless.
