Description
The app is for Tempo Disc Bluetooth Low Energy sensors and data loggers, in particular the temperature and humidity version. With the app, you can scan for nearby Bluetooth Low Energy sensors, connect and download the data from them, store the data in your app and export the data in a .csv file through email.The app also allows a variety of settings and preferences in the Bluetooth Low Energy sensors and data loggers to be changed. This includes:
* Name of device
* Logging interval (from every 2 seconds to once every 12 hours)
* Transmission power
* Firmware upgrade
* Alarms for breach of thresholds
* Calibration for temperature and humidity
* Clearing the data log
* Time and date (for time stamping logged data with the RTC)
The app works by parsing the Bluetooth Low Energy advertisement and scan response packets. These packets include current temperature, current humidity and current dewpoint as well as metrics for the last 24 hours and for the entire period since the device was turned on.
