4 ★I use this app on either my phone or on my TV using a Roku. The only problem I have when using the phone app to watch on my phone is the app sometimes crashes when launching the app. If I let it close the app and then open it again, it works perfectly. I have not had any issues playing videos.

3 ★Consistently crashes after playing even a snippet of video and then backing out to the prior screen. Performance is sluggish. While I prefer using an app, the web app is much more workable. :-(

1 ★This app is a scam and I'm really disappointed about that. I've tried to finally set up an account to watch plays and I'm not getting an email to my inbox nor spam folder to finish this process.

1 ★No longer functional and no response from Marquee support. Sad that the app doesn't work at all any longer, since content looks great. Have installed on multiple platforms (2 Android and 1 iOS), and regardless of the content selected, the download wheel just spins until it times out. Have no problems streaming any number of other services. Access via web browsers (also on multiple platforms) results in an error code 102630. Have contacted support but no response.

1 ★I can no longer chromecast. Either no subs or a full crash.

1 ★Wish I could give zero stars! Paid for a year subscription, which is not cheap, and haven't been able to use the app on any device. I keep getting prompted to start a subscription before I can watch anything. I'm certainly not about to pay again and I've had no reply from cust. service but a canned response email and no follow-up. Lack of support seems to be a major issue looking at the other reviews. Absolutely disappointed and frustrated and cannot recommend.

1 ★After months of enjoying Marquee I find I can no longer sign in. The requested email to reset my password has never arrived after multiple attempts. There has been no response from support in spite of multiple emails requesting help.

1 ★Under NO circumstances give these people personal or credit card information. They are thieves. They took my money and delivered nothing. The app simply entirely stopped working on all platforms. And there seems to be no way to repair or reset. Customer service doesn't reply...think they must have shut down the site. Pity.

1 ★Let me edit to add this since they'll respond to a review: support won't respond outside of an automated response that does not help. That's why I am leaving the one star review............ There seems to be no way to log in anymore. Via Roku it claims I don't have an account. Via the mobile app it says they made changes and will send an email with a reset link, which the email has not arrived.

2 ★Content is amazing! App and Customer Service - not so much. Old app was full of bugs, but had the option to download and view offline. The new app has fixed some of the bugs, but done away with the offline viewing. Customer service and tech support is awful. I have jumped through the hoops of reinstalling, clearing the cache, using wireless vs mobile data, hopping on one foot during a full moon, and finally the just stop responding. Again, the content is exceptional and worth 5 stars alone!
