3 ★Its a decent app with the iLintek recessed downlights. Although, the music mode and mic mode are not what I was hoping for. Music mode only lets you change the lights to music downloaded on your phone and mic mode stops working after a while of the screen turning off. I tried everything to make the app work in the background but it stops regardless. If they made the music mode work with 3rd party apps like Spotify or SoundCloud, it'd be perfect.

1 ★when the new update release, one upgrade does not function correctly. Even after successful update it shows bulbs did not update. This app has alot of work it has not function correctly since I bought the two bulbs and bridge.

1 ★As soon as I downloaded the new version all my life crashed and I haven't been able to get them backup to normal for 3 weeks I had them working perfectly and then download screwed up my entire house

2 ★Scheule function doesnt work. Cannot delete schedules. Scheduling is essential function to make this app and smart light fixtures useful. I will likely delete the app and return the light fixtures.

5 ★if you have a dimmer take it out n replace it with a reg 1 I have 4 ceiling lights and they went crazy and all that and I took the dimmer out and they all worked I love the lights only bad is app does crash to often

5 ★Dear JBLTLED_SGP Team, I have been using this MESH Group BLE LED Strip since a year and it played wonderful role in my home and a friend of mine did wrong installation in his phone by using the QR code printed on the product box to control which leads to some false website. Now the BLE LED Strip is Not Showing in the ADD Device Page of EIQ-Smart APP. Can someone please convey me if there is a **DEVICE RESET** option available with this LED Strip and guide me if there one. Thank you .. Regards
