本店『港記酥皇店』，創於民國８８年於台北縣九份山城風景區，成員來自香港地區到台，定居人仕。本著團結就是力量精神，並以台灣為家原則，發揮吾愛吾土之力，因而創立小店為國民及各地遊客服務。初以售買台灣土特產為主，後漸深受國人及各地遊客之認識。與此同時，亦開始嘗試台灣薪火相傳之酥餅類（如『鳳梨酥』，『鳳凰酥』等）有幸得到普羅大眾接受之餘。本店即加強產品研究，於８９年創立全台獨家之『秦皇酥』，即引起一股秦皇熱潮，經過多年來不斷研究改良，今時今日本店之酥餅類名氣，被外界口碑推稱為『酥皇之皇』，本店實在受之有愧！本店時至今日已榮遷至西門町，繼續為群眾效力，繼續發揮服務至上及務實之經營作風為宗旨。開業近十多年獲廣大顧客支持與口碑，令本店業務蒸蒸日上，在民國93年更以鳯梨酥、翡翠綠豆糕、3Q總統餅及秦皇酥四項憂異產品榮獲72行業糕餅界最高榮譽的國寶獎,為此深表謝意！我們憑多年當地生活經驗及洞悉了現代人飲食口味及需求而構思經營了這間營養飲食土產店，故各思義。『港記酥皇店』，當然以酥餅類為主打，採用傳統台灣製餅手工，不含人工色素，不用豬油，不加奶粉及染色糖體為要原料，精美包裝作賣點。『金燕鳯梨酥』,『總統三Q餅』,『翡翠綠豆糕』及『秦皇酥』...等，本店已向政府註冊『多項酥餅專利』，是台北新一代最熾熱之手信不容錯過,其成份經過悉心改良，迎合時下注重健康飲食零負擔人仕，甚至食素人仕(蛋奶素)都適合之產品。另外我們亦準備了專為來台觀光旅遊朋友提供一些實用台灣旅遊資訊及指南供參考使用。
同時本公司因應東南亞區及大陸人仕之需求，於民國98年開設了另一間品牌旗艦店「蓬萊摩沙烘焙坊」以求能為各界來台人仕擴大服務，以求逹到精益求精，邁向國際，繼續秉持一慣務實作風，永續初始精神。
