Description
TribeHive Connect (formerly HiveCore) is a multi-award winning networking technology which increases the connectivity for fans at the stadium for both home and away matchdays. It works by creating a network between the fans' mobile devices which passes app content from phone to phone enabling fans to keep up with live scores and dynamic league tables even if they don't have a data or Wi-Fi connection themselves.To prevent battery drain, we ask for your location so the technology will only work if you are at the stadium. The app will check once, and if you aren't at the game, it will not activate. If you are at the game, you can control how the app works through the preferences menu in your club app.
Since its launch in June 2014, TribeHive Connect has been used at every Premier League and Championship stadium in association with the clubs we work with. Across all these fixtures, TribeHive Connect has boosted the connectivity provided by Wi-Fi and Data by an average of 55%.
Currently, TribeHive Connect works in conjunction with the official clubs apps of the following clubs:
