1 ★Un informative, simple animations make for super unclear instructions. Basic "workout" things. A lot of which don't actually do anything for you physically. Like star jump. More likely to break your ankle than loose a few pounds. Just do squats and leg raises for 20 seconds a day and you won't even need this app.
