1 ★Cannot make clinic appointment on app (even though this option is advertised as available on the app when you're downloading) - call centre wait is more than 30min and in-store queues are long and packed. Can't understand the relevance/importance of Salon appointments on the app in these COVID times. Easily made a clinic appointment on Clicks app (process took about 2min including emailed confirmation) - very disappointing Dischem.
1 ★This app is useless!!!! I wanted to make an appointment with a clinic and it only gives categories for hair care!!!! But you get referred to this useless thing when you are waiting in a queue on the phone!!!! What a waste of time!!!!
1 ★There is a design flaw in this app. Whenever I try to preorder my chronic meds, it fails. I then have to use WhatsApp to try and solve the issue unsuccessfully and end up going directly to the pharmacy and waiting in the queue.
1 ★When I create an account it says I exist. When I try to login it says the username or password is incorrect. When I try to reset password it specifically requests my number and states that my number cannot be found. I am currently getting email and SMS updates from Dischem on the supplied details. Am giving up on it now.
1 ★Would give it zero stars if I could. Cannot book clinic appointment even though both the website and the clinic call center line advises that you can! Waited 20 min to get through to call center, only to have the line dropped. Will look into having my iron test done elsewhere, thank you. Imagine how long they will take to answer an email... Also can't copy and paste things like the medical aid number into the app or copy and call the careline number from the app. Otp doesn't work well. Useless!
2 ★Cannot book appointments, it would be nicer to create an easier option to get in touch with support.
1 ★Useless application, cannot even complete the signup process and it states that the SAID number is invalid, I think that by now I would be able to remember my own ID number. Nice idea but pathetic execution, I hope that Dischem didn't pay the developer yet.
1 ★Try to order repeat script that is due. On site is says not due yet. I phoned the helpline and was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. Nothing changed. Disappointing, especially now during Covid-19 as nobody wants to stand in the long lines waiting for your meds to be packed.
1 ★At this moment it is most definitely the most useless app in the whole of the of the Play Store. NOTHING IS WORKING. The only feature that works is login. The final indication that Dischem does not worry about the app is that they most likely don't read the comments as there is not even one reply to the high number of complaints.
1 ★Can't add an address, can't link loyalty. trying to load a script and form resets because the app gets an error when I try load a delivery address. surely Dischem can afford to hire a developer that can actually build a working app. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
2 ★So slow, pages take forever to load. Difficult to type in what you want because the page only half loads then sits there for ages before it finishes and if you try to type in what your looking for it hops to another page. What a nightmare
1 ★Really disappointed. Tried to order a repeat prescription and received an error "your repeat prescription could not be processed". Can't believe the old-fashioned sms link works better.
