Um die TVD-App verwenden zu können, benötigen Sie eine Agate-Nummer und ein Agate-Passwort. Beides muss in der TVD-App unter Benutzerangaben hinterlegt werden. Ausserdem muss Ihnen in der Tierverkehrsdatenbank die Rolle Gast zugewiesen sein.
Wenn Sie noch keine Agate-Nummer haben, können Sie sich unter www.agate.ch selbstregistrieren.
Um sich die Rolle Gast zuzuweisen, loggen Sie sich mit ihrer Agate-Nummer und ihrem Agate-Passwort in www.agate.ch ein und klicken unter „Mein Agate“ auf Tierverkehr. So gelangen Sie in die Tierverkehrsdatenbank. In der Tierverkehrsdatenbank wählen Sie unter „Person“ den Menüpunkt „Personendaten verwalten“ und weisen sich unter „Rollen“ die verfügbare Rolle „Gast“ durch auswählen und anklicken von „Zuordnen“ zu.
TIERGESCHICHTEN ABFRAGEN
Um Tiergeschichten abzufragen müssen Sie die 12stellige Ohrmarkennummer unter „Tiergeschichte abfragen“ eingeben. Bei Bedarf (in der Schweiz registrierte ausländischen Tieren) müssen sie den Ländercode entsprechend ändern.
Sie können die Ohrmarkennummer und den Ländercode auch mit der eingebauten Kamera ab einem Barcode scannen und so automatisch in die Eingabefelder übertragen. Klicken Sie hierzu auf die Taste mit dem Barcode und achten Sie darauf, dass die im Bild angezeigte rote Linie den gesamten Barcode erfasst. Achtung: Barcode und Handy möglichst ruhig halten.
Zur Übermittlung der Daten an die zentrale Datenbank und das Abrufen der entsprechenden Tiergeschichte drücken sie die Taste „Tiergeschichte abfragen“
WEITERE HINWEISE
Bitte beachten Sie, dass für die Übertragung der Daten Verbindungskosten entstehen können, wenn Sie nicht über ein eigenes WLAN mit dem Internet verbunden sind.
Sie können pro Tag maximal 30 Tiergeschichten abfragen. Diese Limite besteht unabhängig davon mit welchem System Sie die Abfrage tätigen.
