Die Gaststätte wurde 1904 in Verbindung mit einer Fleischerei gegründet. Seit 1938 ist sie im Familienbesitz. Seit vielen Jahren ist die Gaststätte ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel für Reisende aus Nah und Fern und wird durch ihre gute und preiswerte Küche geschätzt. Das Bergdorf Maxen, in dessen Ortsmitte sich der Gasthof befindet, liegt 8 km südlich von Dresden und wird von einer eindrucksvollen Silhouette von Bergen umrahmt. Unsere Speisekarte hält neben 10 festen Stammgerichten auch saisonelle und vegetarische Gerichte sowie Spezialitäten bereit. Alle Speisen werden in unserer modern eingerichteten Küche frisch zubereitet und können auch als Kinder- und Seniorengerichte serviert werden.
