1 ★In the last 6 months, I have spent thousands of dollars at your stores and have received one $20. Email gift Certificate. There's there any way to reclaim points for all the money I spent. I know you have records of it.
1 ★The color scheme doesn't allow you to see your menu choices. When I tried to sign-ups for an account, the fields were blacked out
2 ★Fairly average with some issues The app gets the job done as far as shopping and finding what your need, I'd still be using the app if it weren't for a bug on my account. The app let's you cart items that are out of stock but informs you that some of your items are no longer listed in checkout. My problem is that I had multiple out of stock items in my cart and now I can't remove anything from my cart. I tried updating, reinstalling, logging off then on but nothing worked.
2 ★Doesn't work if you use dark mode on your phone. Menus are unreadable.
1 ★Don't waste your time with this app. I tried 3 times to place an order, couldn't do it...lost my business. I love DXL, but this half-baked app is perhaps the WORST I have ever seen. Click on an item you like, it takes literally 20 seconds to load...select the size, another 10...want to put it in your cart? Good luck...and like I said, I tried to check out...failed 3 times... I'm done! UPDATE 9/23: downloaded the update, loads slightly faster, but most prices say "!error". Hot garbage...
1 ★I have always enjoyed Destination XL. Until i tried this app for extra benefits. It won't let you log in. It tells you to reset your password. I did and it still doesn't work. I can log into the website just fine, just not the app. If functionality improves will give a higher rating.
1 ★God awful. Search doesn't work at all. For example I was looking at linen shirts and saw a Tommy Bahama one. Wanted to see all I searched for Tommy Bahama linen and got no results. Menus are slow but selecting something like shirts is so slow you think you touched the button in the wrong place. How this got through any sort of testing before being released is beyond me.
3 ★Good app overall but doesn't do a lot of things that the website does. Brands list is not complete on the app while shopping by brand. My biggest gripe with not only the app but the website too is there is no order history on the app and the order history on the website only shows 3 of my orders since last year and that's it.
