紙での申請と押印が必要な場合は、申請内容のPDFを経理担当者などにメール送信することで対応することができます。
旅費精算の申請データの伝票は、交通費、宿泊費、日当、雑費といった明細ごとに作成することができ、仮払申請データをもとに作成することもできます。
入力する内容の履歴参照、申請データと画像データの関連付け機能もあります。
