スイング中にクラブが描く軌道（シャフト面）をスイングプレーンといいます。
アマチュアの皆さんは、オンプレーンスイングというと「アドレスした時のシャフト面に沿ってクラブを上げ、そのラインに沿ってクラブを下ろす。」と思っている方が多いようですが、実際にはそうではありません。
このアプリでは、プロのスイングを参考に、スイング中のクラブシャフトがどのような軌道を描いているのかを、スロー動画と補足テキストで分かりやすく解説していきます。
