A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★It's incredible how garbage this app is given how big the NBA is. It is probably the worst app I've ever used. It is certainly the worst app by far that I'm using right now. It's even worse on Google tv. Whatever you do, do not pay for League Pass unless it's through YoutubeTV, because otherwise you can't use your membership on there. Trust me, use YTTV and be done with it. I'd list all the bugs, glitches, crashes, non-sensical functionalities, and overall awfulness, but it'd be an essay.
3 ★!!!UPDATE!!!! { I've found that if you are having freezing/pausing issues with the NBA app, you will need to change your devices display settings to 720p. I guess the NBA app can't handle display settings above 720p}}}} It usually works ok during the first half of the game, but lags and freezes during the second half of games. I can watch it fine on YouTube TV, but if I watch it in the app it lags and freezes. Please work on improving this app!
1 ★This is an ongoing issue I've had with NBA app, I've had my subscription purchased through DirecTV for the last 3 years and every year the app just screws up and it won't let me log in to my DirecTV account. I end up having to watch the games through my cell phones internet browser in desktop mode just to be able to watch the games on my cell phone,
1 ★New version of the app is garbage, just throwing disjointed news pieces at you and constantly trying to sell you league pass while doing an impressive job of making actual game scores and stats as hidden and inaccessible as possible. You can't even view the conference standings anymore or easily navigate to a team's page without setting them to a favorite. It's rare to see a project that is somehow bloated and gutted at the same time. Absolute hackjob.
2 ★I have NBA league pass. Using on Nvidia shield. App used to be horrible, but much improved after update. Controls are better, rewind, fast forward, etc. Love that for live games, I can start watching after game started and still start from beginning, and fast forward. That is awesome! Don't hit back button during game or else can't get back to where you were in game, instead hit D pad button down. Update: 12/2023: bad experience watching live, frequently stops streaming and I have to reset.
1 ★This app is trash no matter what device you use. Installed on Firestick . Game freezes on and off while game is live . 3 separate games and same outcome. Can't watch replay because the moment you pause the game ,you guessed it . Starts tonfreeze on and off. SAME ISSUES LAST YEAR WHY HAVENT YOU FIXED THIS. Its not the internet because i periodically conduct speed checks. Black outs do not make sense when teams are over 500 miles away from each other .
1 ★Hard to find team schedules now. Glancing over scores and they'll be stuck a quarter behind the live action. Box score structure is still bad and now automatically starts playing highlights or live streaming the game which cannot be turned off which stops any music or podcasts running. If hooked up to your league pass it will automatically play the game you try to see the box score in and stop a game I am watching on my tv for having too many devices active. Gets worse every year.
1 ★It's been going downhill for a while. It's been extremely slow sliding to left and right in the box score page for the player's stats. Starting the new season, the livescores no longer update. They get get stuck at a certain score and refreshing and restarting the app doesn't fix it. A game on espn is at half time and when I open the app it shows a random score from the 1Q on the main page. When I tap on the game, the box score is at 2Q with 8min to go.. Useless
4 ★Love this app, helps me keep track of what's going on around the league. Somewhat recently, a new update made it so there were more tik-tok like videos and no (as far as I can see) actual videos. I miss the actual videos, particularly the top ten plays of the night, and wish that yhey would be bramg back. Excellent app!
1 ★This app is messing up, again. For the second year in a row, the Audio stops playing 2 minutes after it starts! So, does that mean that I have to keep the screen on the whole time to listen to a game? Any good app, allows listeners to listen to their app, especially after the screen goes dark. NBA, you must do better! If I could, I would give this app a zero. Since I can't, I give it a one, even though It's a zero.
1 ★This app makes watching games very difficult. Using Chromecast, video starts on mute, can't rewind/fast forward, you can't disable CC, and you can't switch between games. To accomplish any of this you have to start streaming, set up video preferences on device and then stream. Also, you can't listen to any other audio on your streaming device or else NBA stream will stop which is frustrating. Additionally it is really hard to view team schedules. Really bad user interface for $15/month.
3 ★Why are full game highlights stuck behind the "Recap" button? Recap means to "present again as a summary". I specifically didn't want a summary. I want to rewatch the full non-summarized game. I spent 30 minutes hunting the internet for how to rewatch full games with league pass because there is no way it would rationally be behind the Recap button. Update from previous review (1 star): Video quality has consistently improved from last season.
