5 ★Please tell me there is an option to remove password. Having to CONSTANTLY log into APP, very annoying.

1 ★*HALF STAR* I see I'm not the only person experiencing the (LOGOUT ISSUE). I agree with giving us the option to log in every time or not. When I first got the app, it was great. Now I'm starting to regret having to pay 15$/MTH. Please fix this MAJOR issue. BEFORE THE START OF THE UPCOMING HUNTING SEASONS. This has become more of a hassle than its worth.

3 ★I loved this camera and app. I paid monthly. That will change soon the new app is garbage! It should have been tested and developed more thoroughly. Now that it's nearly hunting season dump this on us. Thanks spypoint for the new and unnecessary headache. Why not give us the option? Well again I'll be looking for other options. Edit The fixes eventually worked out. Customer service is very good. My link evo lasted 2 years just out of warranty and died. They do not repair or have repair options.

3 ★Love the camera but as others have stated I despise the "intended security feature" of having to log in each time. It should be a user option to stay logged in. Hell, I'd even settle for at least biometrics so I can use my fingerprint. I can't even change the password provided when I opened my account almost 2 years ago. How's that not a security risk? Also, setting the option to Take "a" photo at the next transfer results in multiple photos unless you turn the option off after. "A" photo.

5 ★I love these cameras. I own 6. There are bugs with some but NOT all. Customer service will help you sort out and take care of you. Try both service provider models in your area before you swear it doesn't work. You cannot beat the performance for the price! Want flawless? Go spend 3 times as much. Been there done that. Great cam!

1 ★we've had to take several back and swap. seems like they work for a bit, then moisture/water gets inside the door where battery and SD card are and they stop sending pictures to my phone. definitely a design issue from what I can tell. once we get power out to the property and wifi, we we no longer need this camera and thank goodness for that. these cameras are a pain.
