Description
The Smart Track Card is a credit card sized card that is attached to your bag before flying. If your bag is lost, the unique code printed on the card allows Safe Bag to collaborate with airport staff to ensure tracking of the bag within 2 days of arrival.Safe Bag is committed to tracing your luggage within two days from the date you report the bag lost at the Lost & Found office. From the third day of delayed delivery, you will be entitled to a refund of €100* per day up to a maximum of €1.000 and up to €4.000* in case of permanent loss.
